Dan mereka pun memilih genre pop punk, mengapa mereka memilih nama age kids, karena sedari kecil mereka sudah bersama dan sangat ingin berkarya di bidang bermusik, maka dari itu di pilihlah nama age kids yang berarti umur kecil, banyak suka duka yang mereka dapatkan dari bermusik.
